Production Associate
At Bailey's Buds, Production Associates can elect to work at the trimming, pre-roll, and/or packaging stations.
Trimmers are responsible for trimming the leaves off of the buds, separating the buds by size, and taking the leaves off of freshly-harvested plants.
The job requires you to be able to maintain focus throughout the shift, with high attention to detail.
You must have good vision to see up-close.
You should have good dexterity, and be precise and efficient with scissors.
This job offers an opportunity to enter and enjoy zen-like focus while you work.
Flexible hours.
You can select from a 3-6 hour shift in the morning and/or a 3-5 hour shift in the afternoon.
Shifts are available on weekdays, with shift availability depending on attendance.
We are looking for a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
The perfect job for a parent looking for work after dropping kids off at school.
Age 21
