Previous coffee and/or bakery experience is a plus but not required.

In additional to gaining general business and customer service skills, Crew Members can look to grow into Shift Leader positions as well as Assistant Manager and Manager positions over time.

Responsibilities:
Serve customers in a friendly manner ensuring their order is made accurately and quickly so they leave with a smile.
Create a welcoming environment for customers and co-workers; we only want positivity inside our shops! Look to clean constantly while keeping the store well organized and stocked at all times.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including all Covid guidelines.
Experience working in the Quick Service Industry (fast food) preferred.
REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 16 years of age Must be eligible to work in the United States Must speak English Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with kitchen equipment such as coffee machine, toasters, blenders, etc.
Ability to lift, reach, lift, kneel and occasionally move items weighing up to 50 lbs Must work at least one weekend day Heav'nly Donuts has been serving New Englands freshest coffee and donuts since 1975.
Featuring locations across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Heavnly Donuts provides customers with fresh brewed coffee in a variety of flavors and hand-cut donuts made daily.
