We are currently seeking a Custodian in Dracut, MA.
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a (an) Custodian your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:
Job Duties:
Maintain and clean one or two facilities according to a set daily/monthly schedule to include restrooms, offices, hallways, lobby, lunchrooms and manufacturing areas.
Provide collection and disposal services for wastepaper, trash and debris.
Dry sweep, polish floors, vacuum, dust mop and damp mop hard surfaced floors Clean and sanitize restrooms and lunchroom fixtures.
Dust, damp wipe, wash and polish furniture and windows Keep interior and exterior premises appearance neat and clean from debris and ensure all areas are clean and neat.
Address any facilities emergencies that arise.
Maintain inventories of coffee and water supplies, bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies Empty coffee machine money regularly and give to Accounting Manager Education:
High School Diploma 3 year janitorial experience in a manufacturing facility DETAILS:
PT, 7-12, M-F, will always be PT.
Must have prior custodial experience in a manufacturing company, warehouse, etc.
