We are currently seeking a Finisher I in Dracut, MA.
As a (an) Finisher I your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:
Responsibilities:
Manipulate parts to match print and dimensional specifications.
Ensure that parts are not over or under finished.
Read dimensional drawings and tolerances.
Finish parts to acceptable standards ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensures that material surface area is not scratched or damaged and ends of tubes are square and free of burrs.
Ensure tube ends are capped.
Perform tweaking on parts.
Perform laser etching on parts.
Minimal defects, 99.
8% acceptance.
May perform DI rinse.
Perform peer inspections.
Ensure all equipment is calibrated to proper specifications.
Use hand and small power tools.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma0 -1 year of finishing experience Essential Skills:
